Cheerful Yellow.

Isn't yellow such a cheerful colour! And to me it is the sign of spring.
Your photo -the top one, looks very Japanese to me, it looks like it's on a bamboo mat or is that what it is?? Mine -the bottom photo is mimosa. I am totally crazy about it!

We both chose yellow flowers huh! :)
I have never seen or smelled mimosa. Must say I would like to though when I see your amazing shots of it.

I guess it's too cold for mimosa in sweden?
It smells so lovely too, I hope day you will get to see the real one!

Lovely collection of photos - the ones here and in the previous post - with their yellow theme! We have mimosa here too; it has a wonderful delicate scent.
Thank you for your kind responses to my comment on your 21 March post - it's a pleasure to be appreciated for expressing a sincere opinion and thought.
I also like both of your blogger ID photos. Ulrika, you have said on your blog that you are afraid of horses. Do you remember being afraid of that big horse leaning down towards you, shown in the ID photo? Hopefully it wasn't too threatening. Horses are often gentle with children, I find.
And your photo, Hiki, is great, with its sense of movement and the way your body is positioned, it looks to me a little like a quirky cartoon illustration.

It is great to hear that it arrived ok. I was afraid of it. It is great to hear you like it. Thanks to you.

hiki - I guess it is too cold here :( I googled it and it says Mimosa grows in tropical or subtropical areas, which Sweden is certanly not! :)

Elisabelle - thank you :)

kristina - hihihi, you made me laugh! :D Hope you got rid of it!

Danya - thank you so much for your input and sweet comment, much appreciated.
I too like Hiki's new pic! And mine..I guess I like it because it's a bit contradictive since I don't like horses, and also because it reminds me of being 3, which was a great age in many ways:) Don't remember this specific occation though.
